Great People/ Team Members, Easy to move around, Every Specialty, competitive pay, great benefits, non profit, Nursing Development Support, Good Variety of Injury/Etiology, Level 1 Trauma Center

Cons

Location not the most convenient, Slower rate raise changes, Certain Specialties harder to get hired into such as ED and OR. Also, very ICU very selective in new hires.

Physicians are allowed to be disruptive, curse and yell at you. MILITANT TIME AND ATTENDANCE POLiCY. GET WRITTEN UP FOR FORGETTING TO CLOCK IN OR APOROVE TIME CARD. Average health coverage , lousy manager
