A heavy emphasis on utilization, that at times was unattainable, particularly during the pandemic. Lack of diversity in staff and clients.

Pros

The only pro of the organization is the work done to help individuals in the community. The employees are passionate about their work.

Cons

This was the worst work experience of my entire career. Very few actually know what they’re doing and their lack of understanding of current best practices definitely shows. There is also terrible communication across the agency and it’s super unorganized. Would not recommend this work environment.
