Great pay, benefits, paid time off.

Cons

Management hated doing their jobs so you suffered for it. Schedule was all over the place. One week early shifts, next weeks nights, then back to early. Nights wasn't bad. Early shift was bad.

Decent starting pay! Interesting work! Willing to pay for clearance upgrades! Lots of passionate co workers with great attitudes!

Cons

Extensive travel depending on where you work. Not great for promotions. In one instance there was even obstruction to a teammate seeking a different and better paying role.
