Pay was great, they don't really expect anything besides showing up and keeping a clearance & I saw a lot of interesting stuff and met some great people

Cons

After 14 years I wasn't worth a box of donuts, they really don't care about their people, the work life balance was terrible and management couldn't care less

- Pay for me was very good - HR is very good, they work hard to take care of you. - Lots of great benefits as benefits go (rivals CA state benefits) - The projects and opportunities you have can't be duplicated elsewhere (which you will be reminded of constantly by the way)

Cons

- Schedule- VERY long days - Commute- which adds to the VERY long days and challenge to having stable routine. - Work/Life balance. (at a presentation when i first started, somebody mentioned "this job is not good for relationships". I don't think they intended it for it to come out that way, but it's very true. Again, this DIRECTLY dependent on your team and location. With the right team/location, remove all these negatives.
