The work environment is very professional and the people are nice. The compensation is good, but not the greatest.

Cons

Hard to get a promotion, even with your manager fighting for you. There is a high turnover rate and they struggle to maintain a experienced crew.

-Job security -Great starting pay -Nice and understanding leadership (depending on where you work) -Paid federal holidays, 401k matching, and tuition programs

Cons

-This job requires a lot of your time. While work-life balance is something leadership is always striving for, just by the nature of the job it's impossible. -No parental leave, leave accrual is about one day a month

They will use you well outside of your job description and even when you better the company or save them money they will not compensate you for it they will just make their Manager bonuses larger while all the normal employees get 79 dollars after tax
