Working 8 plus hours can get exhausting, but the family oriented environment at JW makes it that much more enjoyable.

Joe L. is great, He is the back bone of the southwest region

Cons

at the orientation at the holiday inn before the start of Amazon DDU delivery there were 12-15 african americans until James was there ( who was transferred to Dallas, TX) and John C. took over ever since african americans don't last for a week there are 2-4 of them left there and it's like a pattern soon as the other drivers see a new african american driver they all start talking about how long he/she is gonna last
