Pros

Good company, casual work environment, 5% 401(k) safe harbor match.

Cons

Could definitely be much more fulfilling if it fostered personal growth and opportunities to advance in your career. Over the last few years, JHA has moved significantly from it's small-town family atmosphere to a typical corporate environment. Benefits are being eroded, bonuses for the rank and file are gone, and overall morale is suffering considerably.

No growth opportunities, poor business structure, horrible management, raises are next to nothing & promotion isn't really heard of.

Great place to work - except for the pay

Pros

A friendly, positive and easy environment, with a great deal of flexibility. Some very smart people work here. Relaitvely stable too, as they surivived this economic downturn without laying off employees.

Cons

Money. Lags behind Industry standards, though their revenue - at under a billion dollars - is modest, limiting their ability to pay out more money. Recently, as a cost-cutting measure, health insurance options have deteriorated.
