Pros

Strong management team Good work/life balance Good benefits package Strong focus on customer service Flexible working arrangements

Cons

Geographically challenged - company is not that large, but because they are spread out over the entire country, it is easy to get "lost in the shuffle." This can limit growth opportunities. Due to acquisitions, company does not always leverage synergies among different divisions well. Management struggles with maintaining a very high level of customer service within a growing company.

Pros

Despite going "corporate" the individual divisions still manage to maintain some of that "small company" feel (since most of them used to be small companies).

Cons

Banking software... not the most exciting stuff in the world

Pros

Flexible work arrangements if you can do your job. Gives you as much responsibility as you want which gives you worth in the company. Management wants to hear your ideas, dreams, and goals. Innovative. Benefit package is awesome. PTO is earned and you are able to use it. Loyalty. JHA stands behinds the associates. Laid back. Do the right thing, do whatever it takes, have fun philosophy is a great thing to live by.

Cons

Time requirement for advancement. Pay raises could be given on merit more. Acknowledge self-improvement in associates through education and / or other formal training.
