      Pros

      working from home, good benefits, values its employees and its clients

      Cons

      promotions and raises arent based on performance; many managers make their emplpoyees wait 2 years in each job role before being able to transfer and be promoted.

      Pros

      A lot of very smart, dedicated, supportive people. It is a real family atmosphere, people pitch in to help others when they can. Employees are treated very fairly. One of the best jobs I've ever had - and I've been around this business for 20+ years.

      Cons

      They can be cheap when it comes to buying equipment and software tools that aren't absolutely essential. Marketing is a complete joke, there is no solid brand identity, just a mish-mash of three companies and their products.

      Pros

      Fair compensation, great benefits. Management is honest, open, approachable.

      Cons

      Like everybody in this industry (and just about all others) there is a strong focus on the bottom line and cost control right now. However JHA has managed to control costs without laying off employees like many other companies have done.
