Every other Friday off, casual attire, and in-house restaurant for employees.

Cons

Poor mid- and upper- management decisions. Be careful if you want to think outside the box and contribute ideas not in line with management. Management changes their philosophy for success before employees have a chance to embrace it. Some department heads tend to hire friends over talent. And don't expect to be treated fairly if you are over 55. The new Jack does not respect loyal, hard working employees. The company is no longer the caring, respected organization it use to be.

The people I worked with.

Cons

Senior management is the worst. The good folks were forced to retire and the remaining folks only care about their stock options and big salaries. They claim to have care and respect for their employees but at the end of the day they use you and let you go. It used to be a great place to work -- not anymore.

There really is nothing positive to say. They are lost in their industry and don't really understand their customer and what they want.

Cons

Senior management is a collection of friends and people so happy to have a job they never thought they would have, they don't push to make the company better. This company is the living embodiment of the tale of the Emperors new close. Everyone just tells senior management what they want to hear for fear of angering the Mean Girls.
