Pros

Great entry level starting place or retirement. Awesome work/life balance. Extremely generous vacation time and tuition assistance for family. Small employee base so everyone knows everyone. I enjoy being there and most of the other employess are excited about helping the college and students succeed.

Cons

Compensation and cost of medical benefits. Because of the small staff, not as many promotional opportunities, but that is to be expected from small departments.
