Pros

I do like JU, especially the division I teach in. Small classes. Good students. Beautiful campus. There are a lot of changes that overall feel like an upgrade. Great balance of work and personal life.

Cons

Pay is low. Enrollment numbers feel very down in my division. There are a lot of changes going on right now (fairly new president and brand new provost), so that breeds bit of uncertainty about future.
