Pros

The discount is good and getting to solder jewelry is a lot of fun. It's a unique experience I've never had the opportunity to do before in retail.

Cons

My boss was amazing but a lot of the assistant managers I started out with were awful. I started off as a seasonal and the group of girls here were a tight knit group. Young and immature, toxic gossiping environment. This was my experience, someone could easily work at a location with nothing but nice people. Unfortunately this hasn't been my experience.

Pros

Good benefits, decent pay, there are a lot of good people there, well established leadership seems to truly care about employees and their experience. Your experience will likely depend on who heads your department. There are still some great leaders there who want you to be succesful.

Cons

A lot of newer leaders are being brought in from outside the company and they embrace the "culture" in name only while actively doing things that lessen it. Some leaders treat people incredibly poorly and there isn't as much room for internal advancement as their used to be.
