The CEO, CFO, and CMO make business decisions based in fear because they could not make it anywhere else and they know it. Afraid of the family, afraid of failure. They are riding the reputation of a once-great organization, and will discard anyone if it saves their bonuses.

I enjoyed the workplace culture and the management; everyone was genuinely lovely to customers, of course but to employees as well.

Cons

Unfortunately, when it is not busy, it can sometimes feel like there is nothing to do. However, management will give you something to do!
