      Pros

      Culture us amazing, true start up feel, company values are true to the end user. Work hard and play hard mentality. Office has many perks! Company provided equipment, gourmet coffee (free)

      Cons

      A little overwhelming at times, internal support issues sometimes linger, which makes some new account managers have a feeling of no support.

      Pros

      Working with smart, dedicated, friendly people. Great environment- culture and physical space is comfortable and progressive. Cutting edge technology and ever-changing landscape of the businesses we support is interesting and challenging. Growing so fast, there is a ton of opportunity for growth within roles, and in new positions, that we don't even know we need yet- you can create your own career path here, and if you are really good at what you were hired to do, you will have opportunity for growth at JAMF Software.

      Cons

      If you are the smartest person where you work now, you will just be average at JAMF Software. If you like punching a clock, and doing the same thing every day, you won't like working here. If you don't like change, you won't like it here. If you think a great job is one that's easy, you won't like it here. If you expect someone else to clean up after you, please go work somewhere else. No one here is above doing their own dishes, or cleaning up their stuff- senior management included. People are people here- not titles.

      Pros

      JAMF really focuses on the customer without compromising its commitment to it employees. Management is excellent at evaluating the environment and taking steps to ensure that employees are proud to work here and care about the mission. They really focus on why we do what we do. Work environment in the office is great and promotes collaboration and flexibility in work styles. Training is top notch for new employees. Compensation is very good and includes benefits that are above and beyond what most companies offer. Our customers love the extra effort that we go to making sure their problem is our problem.

      Cons

      The company is still finding its way through growing pains. This is not a huge con and is something management takes seriously while working with employees to better the company.
