Pros

Working with some truly talented staff across the globe. Incredible product. Flexible working hours.

Cons

Progression and development opportunities are only given to certain people in certain departments. Repeated hiring freezes in Leeds and not replacing people who have left has resulted in certain teams being dangerously understaffed, resulting in staff burnout and low morale across the site. Directors do not offer any support or leadership on ongoing projects and don't seem to have any actual awareness of the work going on around them. Directors do not show up on time, even for critical events such as audits and manager meetings. On the odd occasion when they are on site, most of them choose to only interact with other managers and ignore everyone else - the only time they put conscious effort in is when US VPs come to site. It is a running joke across site. There is a longstanding culture of bullying coming directly from management - people who repeatedly cause issues are protected, and those who have raised concerns are sacked or worked out the business. Directors use VPs as threats against staff, and even admit to taking out their own personal and profressional frustrations on the staff below them. It is no wonder the staff turnover is outrageously high.
