long hours and late nights

Toxic culture which is driven by Operations Director who puts their own career above the company & its staff. They have got to this position on the backs of more talented staff and by ruthlessly getting rid of anyone who speaks out. Good employees leave or are sacked for speaking out - seriously how many people have to go before the US parent company realises what's really going on? Directors arrive late (often 2 hours late apart from the rare occasion a US VP is on site of course), leave early and disappear for 'business lunches' (on expenses?). Lots of conflict between Operations & Quality, again fuelled by two faced Operations Director who is constantly criticizing and undermining staff in this department. A lot of money has been invested into this company and it could be successful if US management and the board realise what is going on and effect it is having on staff at Leeds.
