Top notch management but unfortunately the leadership waste too much time babysitting the amateur Board

Pros

The CEO is an amazing leader who truly understands the nitty gritty of operation. The product is life saving and critically needed by the market.

Cons

The Board are mostly a bunch of senile Europeans who are desperate to sell the company and recover their money, while disregarding the necessary process and protocol of developing a medical device in this country.

Technology. Engineering team. Hard working employees who want to make a difference. Good funding. Employee meetings with CEO.

Cons

It appears leadership t is only behind selling the company and making money. There is no importance given to employee satisfaction, employee development and overall work culture. Inexperienced middle management - they may have come from big companies but they lack experience working in startups and do not have wide range of knowledge that comes from from working in smaller companies. Some of the leadership is racist. HR is joke. Nothing is done when employees complain of issues/discriminations experienced by them.

Pros

Our products save lives among the vulnerable cohort of patients. This is what keeps the team going although work can be challenging from time to time as we are just ramping up volume production. Management has been very supportive in providing resources and guidance for our team. Everyone around me work extremely hard consistently and they stay very motivated. Long hours are needed to get our products to the market that has a void to fill. For that reason, I am happy to be a part of game changing company.

Cons

Not much that I can think of. I have lots of respect for everyone I work with. I truly enjoy coming to work everyday.
