Management are very judgmental, it’s the sort of place if your face doesn’t fit you will know , the closer you are to your manager the further you will go in this establishment, lots of favouritism and when told to not speak another language other team mates still continue to do so , be very careful who you trust in this place as people you think are colleague will not hesitate to climb above you for approval, you are constantly badgered out of work hours to complete work online , in summary this place does not value employees and has a very high turn over of staff … why ? Begs the question, also asking current employees to give good reviews on the workplace online
