If it's your first job then join but at your own risk.

Cons

Incompetent management. Development managers and top managements are oblivious to development strategies. Pay scale is way below industry standards. There is no management rules but they are very good at boasting but actually standard of development is non existent. Designation and work criteria is totally different. How they got the job in high position is a mystery by itself. If you point out the issues they will be in denial, they can't take criticism and improve on it.

This is the most unprofessional and immature company and executive team I have ever experienced. No leadership and absolutely no vision, COO runs the company, the President waltz's in at 10:30-11am, then takes an executive lunch hour and contributes nothing....They need a leadership change badly!!! Do not work here, you will regret it!
