Pros

The work life balance is fine if you are fine with being called not a team player.

Cons

Do you want to do more work for less pay? Do you want to be at fault for things you can't control? Do you want leadership that never changes a d**n thing? If you answered yes to any of the above, go to Jewelers Mutual! It’s got it all - mismanagement, micromanagement, gaslighting, constant turnover, backbiting, unrealistic expectations, toxic culture, and more! Read the reviews from 2020 and 2021 because absolutely none of that has changed. Don’t take a job at this company, it's not worth it.

Why are so many leaving?

Pros

Bonuses are pretty good. Salary is decent but below private industry average.

Cons

Females here don’t have a real chance for upper management positions as this seems to be the classic good old boys club where you should be seen and not heard. Nepotism runs rampant. Constant software changes mid stream. Remote employees are treated like step children. Not many minorities ever make it to key positions.

Pay is average for area Facilities are well kept and nice for such a small company Coworkers are awesome

No idea of actual work-life balance. Management doesn’t care about family/personal life. All talk..no walk Company adopts ideas from other companies/industries then brags about how brilliant and innovative they are. Quite comical. All talk, no walk Catchphrases and buzzword bingo run rampant. If you are good at catchphrases (especially in a management position) without really knowing what you are doing, this is the place for you! All talk, no walk Their idea of being accountable is demeaning, belittling and treating people as poorly as possible. All talk, no walk Lots of bosses, no leaders. Management has no idea on how to develop and retain talent. All talk, no walk Morale is extremely low due to management treatment of their reports and high turnover. All talk...
