Horrible executive level leadership throughout the organization. Say one thing and do another. Zero interest in work/life balance for their employees, only the "next big thing". Very few VPs have the time of day for you and expect you to fall in line with little to no communication. Multiple #1 priorities where you are told to get it done by date "x" with little regard for human factor. You are told to make your mark, but when you try to speak up with ideas, you are constantly turned away.

Old outdated work space Upper Management runs unchecked due to poor governance Double standards for the good old boys club and everyone else. Decision making is not well thought out. Questionable at best long term strategy Quickly deteriorating culture. Values are literally just written on paper and mean nothing.
