      Pros

      Non for profit continuing elderly life with dignity. Always medical career openings available. Schools employees into a medical position after 6 month employment.

      Cons

      Medical establishment that residents require Medicare/Medicaid to cover housing and medical assistance. New green housing opening up with no promise of success but legacy building intact.

      Helping the residents and nurses meeting new people

      not enough qualified staff, management disappears for lunch, they close their eye to a lot that is going wrong, reviews not done for yeears

      Pros

      I have worked several places in my life and hands down Jewish Senior Life is by far the best-run, most customer and employee friendly organization I've worked for. The CEO and upper management are very engaged, everyone is friendly, and the staff and residents are like family to one another. Very rewarding to work in senior health and living. Can't say enough good things about it.

      Cons

      We have a lot of exciting things going on so we need to make sure we can handle it all and prioritize.
