Very clean, upscale, looks like a luxury hotel inside. Management was very good at addressing concerns. Friendly environment to work in.

Cons

I didn't really have any issues at all when I worked there.

Pros

Its very "homey" feeling. Everyone knows everyone and i think that you are treated fairly. The facilty is also alot of fun to be around and for the kind of job we do they pay better then most in the area.

Cons

Some of the management doesnt seem to notice when you do anything right but makes sure you know about it when you mess up. I think they both should be treated equally. That def. needs more balance
