Excellent, forward thinking company
Pros
I have worked in the IT Services industry since 1998 and Jigsaw24 is by far the most progressive company that i have worked for. Talent and hard work is recognised and rewarded. The company is dynamic, wins new varied business and therefore there is always plenty of opportunity to develop and progress your career. The CEO, COO, Sales Director and Services Director have time for all employees . It doesn't matter if you are a cleaner, work in sales or any other team, your opinion is heard and valued. Jigsaw24 is a great fit for anyone who isn't afraid to work hard, stand out from the crowd and contribute to the company goals. I highly recommend applying for open roles, it will be the best move you make. The company is growing and changing. The close feel is still there but the company is evolving and needs to keep on attracting talent in the IT services sector. I dont recogniose some of the comments on here. I assume that they are made by former employees unable to change , adapt and evolve. Jigsaw24 is an excellent place to work. The offices are superb and great a fantastic creative environment.
Cons
Parking can be a challenge but this has been addressed by the company - additional parking space has been obtained on the same estate.
