— For a company of its size the amount of talking and meetings required to get things done is disproportionate. There is a lot of decision-making by consensus and endless discussions. Getting things done or signed off talks the same amount of time, or more as it would in an organization hundred times its size. This whole culture makes everything "difficult" to do. Perhaps because some of the managers hired have come from very large organizations they have brought their big-company mentality with them.

— Company is still very much influenced by its two founders. However, since they got a big investment it is clear its their private investor that calls the shots and the founders have much less influence than they used to have
— The HQ is in Nottingham but there is also a site in Soho, London. The culture in London is different from Nottingham, much less professional culture and a bit more fun.
