Pros

When I started at Jigsaw24 I had very minimal sales experience but through internal training and support I feel like I grew into the role and more. I've seen a few comments on here around lack of support, growth etc but from my experience in the sales team I received a lot of support not only from my management team but also from other areas of the business as well which really helped develop my role. People were there to offer advice, help and assistance even if they were really busy to push me further and get the most out of the role. I'm really glad to have worked with so many fantastic individuals. One thing I really want to shout about is the people who work there - they are fantastic. Yes you may not agree or see eye to eye with everyone but that's standard where ever you work and the amount of people who are there for one another is second to none. You can ask anyone for help, no matter if they don’t fall in your direct area of work and know they will help if they can, but if not point you in the right direction. Work equipment wise - can't fault it. Latest tech to use is perfect. The directors - this team has expanded out a lot of the last few years as the business has grown but huge shout out to Roger and John. They are amazing and put their all into it. There aren't many businesses where on your first day you go to make a cup of tea and they come over and start talking to you - and actually take an interest in what you say. And this is a common theme from what I've witnessed with any new starters. They put their all into Jigsaw which is fantastic. Perks - there are a lot, and I know when I left the HR team were looking at implementing more. HR team wise I always found them approachable and was able to speak to them around anything. I've seen comments on here where they are living in denial - from my experience this isn't the case. Any issue raised was dealt with in a professional manner and was reassuring . Just to make a point I left not due to any issues, but I was offered another role which was great for my progression which just wasn't available to me at the time at Jigsaw.

Cons

The culture has changed slightly from when I started (it has gone a bit more corporate than how it was) but that is expected with a growing business especially within the industry that it's in. At one point it was going a bit like a boys club in some areas, and it was a case of who you know rather than if you were good at the role, however this has been tackled and was changing back to normal when I left. Some teams do need padding out in terms of staff members as it can feel like they are overwhelmed sometimes but again that can happen with the industry especially when new things are announced.

Pros

My 14+ years working for Jigsaw are testament to what a great place it is to work. In the time I spent there I developed both personally and professionally as a result of the support provided by everybody I worked with. I developed strong relationships not only with my peers, but also my direct managers, senior management and the directors. With the right attitude and work ethic, progression is openly welcomed, encouraged and supported. I am hugely surprised by some of the other reviews on here that suggest there is a culture of bullying, sexism, racism and harassment - I can honestly say in my entire time I had not witnessed any of this. I also can't believe that HR would turn a blind-eye to any of the accusations posted - this just doesn't fit with the culture nor the mentality of anybody I worked with. Sadly, my employment with Jigsaw has come to an end, although this was not the result of ill-feeling or deep rooted desire to leave, simply another career opportunity presenting itself that was simply too good to pass-up. Had this not have been the case it is highly likely that I would still be working there. Jigsaw, and the great people there have been a huge part of my life who I will never forget. I couldn't recommend Jigsaw enough and would have no reservations on returning to work there in the future

Cons

Salary wasn't always competitive against the wider market when progressing into a new role internally. However, I know efforts to address this have been made recently.

Pros

Some of the employees are lovely. CEO is lovely and dedicated to the business.

Cons

No idea where to start with this review. SENIOR members of staff speak about women in the most disgusting and sexual way and any complaints made to HR are brushed under the cartpet and ignored. I have even spoke to female employees who have been groped, told their line manager and they have laughed it off. The pay is a joke! Salaries are made up from the top of managements heads during interviews. Less experienced members of staff are paid more than the employees who have far more experience and have been at the business longer. There are zero company benefits unless you consider Tea/Coffee and a Cycle to Work scheme benefits. Holiday allowance is shocking! The amount of employees I came across crying outside in the car park on a daily basis due to being over worked and underpaid is worrying!
