Thank you for taking the time to leave a company review; we appreciate it. It sounds like we did some things well and have work to do in other areas, which is always a welcomed challenge. As vice president of human resources for the company, I agree with you that we need more space to create and enjoy; we are constantly working on improving work areas when feasible. Regarding growth in a small department, that is true, which is why we promote internal employment opportunities for when team members might be ready to explore and grow in other areas of the company. While we would hate to lose a team member, I think we can all appreciate and understand the need for change, growth, and opportunity. Our support teams, including Human Resources, typically maintain a 40-hour workweek, but I hate to hear you felt overworked and overtasked; I wish we could have had the opportunity to discuss that while you were with us. Any event in which you were asked to work over 40 hours would have been paid at an overtime rate, which would be the proper compensation.
We greatly appreciate your leaving this review, as we can learn from it and focus on areas of opportunity.
