Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a company review; we appreciate it. It sounds like we did some things well and have work to do in other areas, which is always a welcomed challenge. As vice president of human resources for the company, I agree with you that we need more space to create and enjoy; we are constantly working on improving work areas when feasible. Regarding growth in a small department, that is true, which is why we promote internal employment opportunities for when team members might be ready to explore and grow in other areas of the company. While we would hate to lose a team member, I think we can all appreciate and understand the need for change, growth, and opportunity. Our support teams, including Human Resources, typically maintain a 40-hour workweek, but I hate to hear you felt overworked and overtasked; I wish we could have had the opportunity to discuss that while you were with us. Any event in which you were asked to work over 40 hours would have been paid at an overtime rate, which would be the proper compensation. We greatly appreciate your leaving this review, as we can learn from it and focus on areas of opportunity. Thank you for your time with us, and we hope you are doing great currently. Best, Brooke

Hi, I wanted to personally thank you for leaving us a company review. It sounds like we were meeting your expectations in some significant areas, but we need to be mindful of compensation and Saturday scheduling. As you probably know, this industry has always seen considerable business on Saturday, which is why the day seems long, because it is. As a company, we try to combat this with Sundays off, rotating Saturdays, and 5-day work weeks for most positions. But I understand entirely that 12 hours is a tough shift. We will continue exploring opportunities that promote balance and serve the customers. Workloads can be unpredictable, and I am not sure we will be able to remedy the “consistently busy.” Still, I would encourage you to rest and rejuvenate during appropriate breaks and lunch. Concerning pay, while I feel we are competitive, I would recommend an open conversation with your manager regarding your pay so everyone is on the same page. Hopefully, this will lead to a productive conversation. I greatly appreciate your tenure with us and the time you took to leave this review. I am an email away if you ever want to discuss things further. Thank you, Brooke

Hello, We certainly appreciate your time and tenure with us and your leaving us a review. Internal advancement within the company means a lot to all of us. There is nothing like watching those around us grow and step into new roles to fulfill their professional goals. I agree that we are fortunate to have teams with varied backgrounds, personalities, cultures, and experiences. Each team member brings authenticity and a uniqueness that cannot be duplicated, and we are lucky enough to be a part of it. Navigating a business through an unprecedented time with COVID-19 was challenging and complex in the workplace. While I am sure we had much to learn, our team members and customers' health and safety remained at the forefront, and I am sorry if you were negatively impacted during that time. We thank you for your feedback and hope you are doing very well. Warm regards, Brooke
