Hi, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your time with us. It appears we met your expectations in some areas and still have work to do in other areas. Hours and compensation can be challenging in this industry, especially amongst the sales team, and I understand that concern. We have and will continue to be mindful of time spent in the showroom. This is why we are closed on Sundays’ and offer a 5-day workweek. While performance generates compensation in the sales department, evaluating and implementing competitive pay plans is always on the “To-Do” List. We want to see success for everyone on the team. Your “advice to management” is a valid point. Managers are expected to lead, grow, and mentor, requiring undivided attention, focus, and commitment. -They have Solid hours -You will receive weekly pay -You get free coffee

Cons

-VERY cheap (your starting pay will be very low and they will find every excuse in the book to not give a raise) **this location brings in millions per year. - Will add additional roles and responsibilites to your position and then refuse to properly compensate you for added responsibilites

While there are instances and moments when we may ask team members to provide interim support, if you feel you have been tasked with a new responsibility, I suggest you engage your direct supervisor and General Manager to discuss this. Tenure means a great deal to the company, and we try to show that through recognition programs and celebrations, but that doesn’t mean we can’t continue to seek out ways to thank you. Pros

The team of people at Jim Ellis are experienced and patient, they support new hires with grace and friendship. Everyone on boards quickly and is forgiven for mistakes followed correct discipline - a very effective and understanding learning environment

Cons

The flow of work is heavily dependant on external factors and this makes the pay system sometimes unforgiving. The company is very understanding when it comes to this, but the reality of how flexible is possible can be an inconvenience.
