Hi, Wow, thank you! We are humbled to so humbled to read your review. While we are sure we can enhance the team member experience, and we will continue to, it is reassuring to hear that you are enjoying the company; we feel strongly that we have only fostered and strengthened something that was started and continued by the ones before us, Generation 3. We all feel equally thankful to be surrounded and supported by the team members of Jim Ellis Automotive Group, our work family, and the heart of the company. Again, thank you for sharing such KIND feedback. Best, Brooke

Hi, We are very thankful you took the time to share your honest and positive feedback with us. Time is one of the most valuable gifts anyone can give, so tenure means a lot to the company, always has and always will. We will continue to recognize and celebrate tenure milestones with our team members. The “car business” may have an image of its own, but we are so proud to be a part of it. We hope we can continue to evolve the meaning and experiences associated with it. All the Best, Brooke

Thank you for taking some time to share your feedback on the company. We cannot improve without feedback such as this. In the BDC departments, we aim for a 5 day work-week to promote work-life balance and Sunday’s will always be for rest, fun and family. Unfortunately, insurance premiums have risen significantly in the market over the last few years like everything else. We will continue to competitively search the marker and contribute where we can. On compensation, a BDC representative is based on performance ( individual and group) plus an hourly rate. We have increased our full-time minimum wage to $15 per hour and will continue to review that rate to ensure it is relevant for the job and market. Best, Brooke
