We really appreciate you offering your feedback on the company. It’s nice to hear that your work schedule aligns with your personal schedule and you have your weekends off, awesome! In the spirit of observance and celebration, we do offer six paid holidays throughout the year. It is nice to hear this benefit means something to you. In the industry, flat-rate is the traditional and most typical type of pay. With that said, I would encourage speaking to your management team if you feel that is not the best compensation style for you. In regards to the workload, we understand this frustration. While we all hope for a full -day of appointments, sometimes that just isn’t going to be the case. We have to staff the shop for the full-days as those days outweigh the slow ones. But, please know the shop speed and productivity against headcount is always being monitored and considered as we want all of our technicians to be productive, successful and well-compensated. If you have any ideas on shop improvement, I am always open to that conversation and would love to hear any new ideas. Wishing you the best, Brooke.

First and foremost, thank you for your loyalty and service with the company. Your tenure is recognized and greatly appreciated. I am glad you have had the pleasure of meeting clients and hopefully building lasting relationships. I have known some of our sales representatives to have the opportunity to sell to multiple generations because of their tenure and ability to provide such a lasting car buying experience. With that in mind, the last few years have changed the car-buying experience so I think there is more stress on both sides of the transaction. We hope as we get back to a more historical environment that stress levels will decrease and we can use the gifts of technology and improvement to everyone’s advantage. All the Best to you, Brooke
