Hi, Thank you for your time spent on leaving us a company review. It means a lot to us as it helps to gauge our environment. I am happy to hear that your environment is viewed as a positive. Sometimes, most times, the environment is a product of those who occupy it and I hope you are in good company. While I do understand how you may feel we are corporately structured, that has much to do with operating a growing business and standardizing policies, practices and procedures. Growth is a blessing but it does come with responsibility of making sure company practices not only align operationally and strategically, but also operate in a uniformed and consistent way. I firmly believe the principles, mission and core values we were founded on still remain. They keep us grounded and humbled in our roots. We are grateful to have the opportunity to operate a family business and while we may have to standardize practices, you and every single Jim Ellis team member will always be uniquely valuable in our eyes. Hi, I apologize for the delay in my response on your review. We appreciate you taking the time to leave one for us. Five stars...Wow. Thank you so much. While we know there are always areas of improvement we need to work on, this helps us fuel the fire to press on with the mission. I agree that sales hours and schedules can be very challenging when it comes to finding that work/life balance. While I think our industry has made great improvement from “bell to bell” days, we absolutely still have work to do. It is very tricky balance to staff a dealership while still meeting the expectations and scheduling needs of both team members and clients. Pay plans are another area where alignment can be difficult because they will always vary based on so many factors. But, that means they are always being reviewed so we can be as up to date as possible. We appreciate your contributions and inspiring review. We will continue to look for ways to be the best. Brooke
