Pros

-They thoughtfully hire people, are considerate throughout the process and the culture is fantastic -Your voice feels heard and your feelings matter -Good benefits (HSA which is very flexible and includes my common-law spouse) -You get brand new equipment to use for your role -Fully stocked kitchen -Comfortable, inclusive and diverse work environment -Welcoming of people who can do the the job despite your previous work background

Cons

-It can be hard to concentrate at times in an open concept work environment, It is necessary to find strategies to focus, while being available to assist your teammates -Being sedentary for many hours in a day can also be a difficult transition -The hours can feel very long -The job can be stressful at times which is to be expected with any customer facing roll

Pros

- Emotionally Intelligent & Driven Team of People - Grounded Co-Founders & Leadership Team - Ample amounts of opportunity to make an impact and further your career, if you're willing to work for it - Inviting offices (Toronto & Edmonton) with stocked food.

Cons

- Ambiguity can be hard to deal with at times, but that comes with any high-growth startup - Benefits (amounts & coverage) could be improved/increased

Pros

A rapidly growing tech start up where your hard work makes a difference everyday. I felt that I was welcomed as a valued team member from Day 1. Fast-paced days and driven colleagues that cheer each other on in an unparalleled supportive environment. There are always new challenges to take on, and no shortage of opportunities to learn and grow. Game-changing career move.

Cons

No cons per se, but if you are considering Jobber be sure to be adaptable and ready to implement changes - this is a job that keeps you on your toes!
