Went in for first training day, asked to leave after not knowing the 64 recipes with a week to prepare

I showed up to Joe and the Juice Soho in NYC for my first training day. Upon arrival, I was asked to take an exam of 64 questions where you have to get 62 right. After getting a 30 I was asked to leave. I texted my manager the weekend before the test to find out where the exam online was. He told me, I would be fine without it. I was far from fine without it. When I asked before I started the test what happens if you fail, the manager ignored the question and didnt answer. After I finished, he let me go.

-unlimited coffee -meal plan -sometimes you get cool coworkers

Cons

-they overwork you -you work the whole store yourself regularly -no scheduled breaks, and we sometimes don't get them -terrible management- immature, disorganized, and they leave you in the dark -way too many expectations for how much you're paid
