Pros

Benefits are good. Have weekends off.that's it unfortunately, wish there was more.

Cons

Where to begin..... 1) Employees are treated like children. 2) Poor work environment 3) Employees treated poorly and are not appreciated 4) Upper Management focuses solely on the customers to an extreme at the expense of their employees. 5) Upper Management 6) You never know what time you are going to get off work as they allow people to take tickets until 4:30 (hours are 7:30-4:30) then you stay until you get the number of customers in line to 0. That number can get up to 400 and you can be there until 7:30 pm. 7)Upper Management simply does not care about their employees as morale is at an all time low and employees are burnt out. They just don't care. 8) Snobby JOCO Customers. 9) ....and so much more....

Pros

The different departments in the county do good work and people are committed to public service. Good benefits, making a difference in the community, and working with caring people.

Cons

I didn't have any autonomy in my job I spent most of the time going back and forth with the managers trying to get things approved. The Human Resources Partners were often put in the middle between the department and HR leadership and it was very frustrating because we weren't the decision makers but we had to communicate the decisions.
