      Pros

      Laidback culture. Smart, knowledgeable, and very helpful colleagues (but many have left last several years). Still very technical and has an amazing history.

      Cons

      UK centric, very political/favoritism, lack of transparency, no leadership. Sr. managements are not helpful.
