      Pros

      you can get 'promoted' fairly quickly, but it's because good employees leave due to the poor pay. Once promoted your pay will hardly change. The people you work with day to day can be great.

      Cons

      Little to no training. Management couldn't do your job if they absolutely needed to. Pay is subpar at best. You'll be working every other weekend and their 'thanks' for that is a 5% pay increase (5% isn't much if your salary is already low)

      Great benefits, but they don't explain them well Very collaborative working style Great technical/ scientific brains solving real problems

      Trying to become more strategic, sharper, but slow to change Have lost lots of very capable people in the last few years (both voluntarily and through restructuring) Hire virtually all senior roles from outside the company
