      Great benefit but poor at communication with employees

      Pros

      Great work benefits and very good location near west chester pa. Very friendly coworkers at lower level. Clean facility and work area. Safety to all has been given #1 priority.

      Cons

      Management and supervisor poor in communication with employees. Open door policy may exist but its just open. Employee reviews are a joke with no real reviews or followup on employee comments. VIP comes to visit facility and management without telling employee the who when purpose of these visits.

      Great benefits, 401k is very heatlhy. Half decent pay ranges. Vacation is pretty good

      Cons

      currently going through a large amount of change. Salary isn't as competitive as you would think for a company of this nature. Environment can be stressful
