raises are a joke, management makes poor choices, overtime money is good but you get strung out on it for years at times, have to depend on ot for good money because raises are a joke even after 5 years of hard work.

There is ZERO ability to promote to management unless you live in the UK. No future for anyone in IT working in America. I've seen many IT staff stay in the same spot for years and not being given any chance for promotion. Pay is also very low compared to industry standard. I used this place as a stepping stone and made 30% more salary at the job after.
