Good Brand but Poor Senior Management

Pros

Great Products and focus on technology

Cons

Management is too much dependent on consultants that they do not apply mind of their own. An inhuman approach by going through 3 rounds of redundancy in their one of the divisions. Couple of example of it is making positions (and thus person) redundant against which they recruited in 6 months before and confirmed them few weeks back. No recognition, Short Term vision ranging from budget to budget, highly centralized, and loyalty/ commitment has no place.
