Pros

Training opportunities do exist if you're lucky with your manager, collaboration encouraged (f not always acted on) Good pension (until they change it!)

Cons

Constant change Low pay Very poor management - no decision makers/leaders Whoever speaks loudest is listened to most, even if they talk nonsense Terrible HR No one can make a decision If something seems like a good idea, everyone gets involved and drags the progress down until it becomes another failure Sales constantly agree to ridiculous targets that overload the rest of the team Sales never listen to advice, upset employees and customers Some of the worst facilities I've ever seen No career progression

Pros

Excellent life/work balance. Good share scheme.

Cons

Slow career progression, mainly based on years at the company rather than meritocracy.
