      Pension, DIS & benefits package is strong. Scientists are well supported. Company struggle with handling engineering staff

      Cons

      Very legal & finance biased. Conservative use of resources. HR function struggles for a large group. Talent management and staff development are weak. You have to fight to get support for your needs / career development.
