      Pros

      foot in the door to cnc machining. some nice people but very cliquey.

      Cons

      planning, processes, tenured favoritism, resistance to change, insane workloads for poor pay, complacency with mediocrity, lack of accountability/tom sawyer off work loads, major disconnect between middle management and next level managers, etc.

      Recruitment team are super responsive, helpful and accommodating for interview requirements

      Cons

      No response back after taking time out for multiple calls and interviews. Radio silence when contacting through previous communication channels.
