      Pros

      The main company is fine. Great company history overall. However, the Chicago office, not so much

      Cons

      Massive turnover rate in people (especially if you are a white male). Reverse discrimination - DEI trainwreck. Information management system is not structured or workable, and constantly changing. It should not take hours to find a simple document for a client. No proper slide decks available and no understanding of their value in developing new business.

      Pros

      JM is is a great employer for engineers and scientists who want to work in a sustainability environment and who are chemists, chemical engineers, catalyst researchers or operations.

      Cons

      Enabling functions such as HR, Finance, Procurement and IT are not prioritized.

      Pros

      Good salary, good medical benefits, nice working environments and prioritise work life balance.

      Cons

      2024 has countless of townhalls and also layoffs. the staffs of digital engineering team in UK, KL and India have been identified as "redundant" because they agreed to buy a 4 floors building in Lithuania and rehire our positions in Lithuania -- i guess that's efficient and convenient for them.
