Supervisors and management are encouraging, supportive, and present. Co-workers are also supportive, considerate and driven for the purpose of the company. Hours are great (no weekends, and done by 5pm) and pay + benefits are reasonable. Training is in-depth and way above that of other ABA companies. This company is definitely worth the consideration.
Cons
No paid maternity leave, pay is lower at face value or in the beginning compared to other ABA companies, but the other benefits (hours, training, advancement, etc) make it worth it.

Thank you for sharing your experience being part of our team! We really strive to ensure JAC is a supportive place for our employees and learners.
Lots of training, positive environment, consistent hours/schedule
Cons
Low pay due to insurance, you get lots of feedback and conversation at first then rarely any as you move along, revolving door of staff.

We appreciate the time it took to leave your feedback as giving and receiving feedback is a core value at JAC. Cold and flu season has its challenges for those that work with young children, including JAC. We have policies and procedures in place to keep our learners and employees safe while providing an essential service. Thank you for your comment on work/life balance as we strive to make JAC a fun place to work that harmoniously compliments our team's personal lives.
great and supportive coworkers, management seems to care.
Cons
working with autistic kids is just a tough job. You gotta really have a passion for it and I just did not but I don't regret the experience. the pay isn't great either (no fault of the employer, insurance just doesn't pay well.),

Thank you for your honest feedback about your experience being part of our JAC team. We know that working with learners can be demanding as well as rewarding! We have worked hard to ensure a supportive environment for our team for both the good days and the bad ones and understand that ABA is not the right fit for everyone. We wish you luck in your next endeavor.
