We are so happy to have staff like you that truly value making a difference in the lives of our learners. We know that work/life balance is important and encourage our employees to use Paid Time Off with adequate notice. Any PTO used with adequate notice does not incur attendance policy point deductions as we are able to have session coverage coordinated in plenty of time to support our team and the learner. We do take our dress code seriously as we want to ensure a safe and professional environment for our team. We encourage you to get involved in our Employee Engagement Committee to help provide suggestions on how we can address burnout.

The science of Applied Behavior Analysis is truly our compass and we are always striving to provide the best services possible for our learners and the best training out there for our team. We are happy to be reinstating our Employee Engagement Committees (formerly our Health & Wellness Committees) this month to continue to increase communication with our Behavior Technicians and continue to understand our team's needs.
