Everyone at Justworks is happy to be here and invested in Justworks’ success for two big reasons. We have a CEO with a clear vision that has inspired immense loyalty. And the company has an unparalleled level of transparency. Every employee feel they're play a part in something big. Justworks practices what it preaches around creating better places to work. The office’s culture is awesome. We have weekly all-hands meetings and company retreats. Everyone cheers on one another - there aren’t cliques or politics. Lastly, no one is "untouchable" at Justworks. Our CEO and CCO make themselves available for coffee, questions, advice, a chat about weekend plans... Team leads make themselves available for learning opportunities. I feel like I'm learning a lot within my role, but also about the industry, various teams, big-picture goals, etc. In such a busy environment, that availability says a lot about our management.
Cons
Bandwidth can be an issue. We want to do so much, there’s so much potential, and Justworks is growing so quickly. Sometimes it’s a challenge to keep up and prioritize in order to hit goals. But we’re growing rapidly and hiring quickly. The office is tight, but we’re moving soon.
