No Strategy/Stability Untrustworthy Executive Management No room for growth Too much turnover There is no culture. Executive Management talks about culture but behind closed doors, they don't really care.

Competitive salary, most team members willing to help out.

Cons

Privately owned company, there are not correct ways of doing anything here. It is a figure it out as you go company. No training classes or manuals. Management will act interested in your ideas for improvement make promises yet, never follow through. Poor management communication. No work life balance.

No profits for years. Bad decisions for years. German ownership is a joke. Executives turnover. New production facility by DIA is embarrassing. Can’t produce. Can’t ship. Cheap company that cuts every cost possible. No merit increases. It’s a loser.
