      The employees are by far the best part of Karcher

      The only thing the executives care about are themselves. HR is a den of snakes that cannot be trusted.

      Pros

      The benefits are decent, they have an onsite cafe. There are good people here but upper level management is failing the company.

      Cons

      No culture, corporate environment is say as I do not as I say, HR department fails employee after employee, many examples of favoritism and it is allowed, executives turn a blind eye and allow it, very cliquish, bonuses are non existent. poor work environment, poor processes, high turnover

      Good benefits and lots of good people

      Cons

      Management, lack of opportunity and lots of broken promises. Bonuses are non existent. Poor work environment. Controller is a liar and has a very high turn over rate. She has no concept of work life balance. HR is worthless and does nothing about it. Germany has no concept of US market yet feel they can do a better job.
