None! It was a truly horrible experience for me and my colleagues

Cons

Research assistance in this company are treated inhumanely by the management. We don't get adequate compensation for the immense amount of workload that we have to do every week. The managers also never give us credit nor recognition despite doing everything they ask us to do. It's a truly horrible experience to work in this company, and I would never want to do it again.

KVK's great - they're always giving young professionals opportunities to grow their career and make connections around the industry. With such a respected name, it looks really good to succeed here. Luckily management makes that easy to do.

Cons

I was expected to have a good bit of working knowledge before I was trained.
